Hello fellow gymnasts,
After a long day of stretching and conditioning, sometimes my muscles are dead but I still want some activity. I found that playing rhythm games like Friday Night Funkin' is a great way to "cool down".
It requires high concentration and coordination (just like a routine) but lets your body rest. The music is catchy and the gameplay is challenging enough to keep you focused.
Just wanted to share a fun way to kill time between sessions!
